• This position calls for cleaning of interior office space primarily; however some locations require outside cleaning
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Some work may be performed in outside offices and bathrooms
• Must be able to work in Warehouse or Hazmat environment
• Must have at least 1-2 years cleaning experience
• Must have valid driver’s license or State ID
• Must have transportation to and from work sites daily
• Will work 4-8 hours/day upon request only as assigned, Monday-Friday
• Identify the customer’s location using Google Maps and other client tools
• Display patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to adverse situations
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service
• Understanding how to navigate and efficiently use tools
• This is a temp to perm position
