Work From Home Position Requirements
- A Clear Speaking Voice and Successfully Pass a Voice Assessment
- Ability to pass a background check (NO credit check required) and/or drug screening
- A dedicated POTS (Plain Old Telephone system) or Digital VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) W/ No Features (no caller ID, call waiting or long distance)
- Phone Equipment (No Cordless or Wireless phones)
- Computer (PC or Laptop)
- 17” or larger monitor
- Working knowledge of a computer and its functions including – but not limited to: knowledge of programs, navigating files, understanding the use of email and how to navigate the internet
- Ability to navigate through multiple screens
- A wired mouse and keyboard (no wireless)
- High-Speed Internet Access
- Headset
- Battery Back – up
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively both orally and in writing
