Requirements for WFH Positions

  • A Clear Speaking Voice and Successfully Pass a Voice Assessment
  • Ability to pass a background check (NO credit check required) and/or drug screening
  • A dedicated POTS (Plain Old Telephone system) or Digital VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) W/ No Features (no caller ID, call waiting or long distance)
  • Phone Equipment (No Cordless or Wireless phones)
  • Computer (PC or Laptop)
  • 17” or larger monitor
  • Working knowledge of a computer and its functions including – but not limited to: knowledge of programs, navigating files, understanding the use of email and how to navigate the internet
  • Ability to navigate through multiple screens
  • A wired mouse and keyboard (no wireless)
  • High-Speed Internet Access
  • Headset
  • Battery Back – up
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively both orally and in writing
