1. Do you have the ability to work independently as well as be a part of a team?
You will never be alone working for Daybreak Outsourcing. We have a great support team that is always here for you. However, you must be able to effectively motivate yourself. Daybreak Outsourcing, our partner company and each client will provide you with the tools necessary for you to succeed.
2. Do you want the flexibility of setting your own schedule?
Would you like the option of setting your schedule around your family instead of being told your work hours? Work hours vary by client. Most require you to service 3-5 hours on either Saturday or Sunday.
3. Do you have High-Speed Internet access and a standard phone line?
Having high-speed internet access is required. You will need to be able to manage multiple applications at once and most are web-based. A standard telephone line hard wired in your home with no features will be necessary. This is to receive calls and for security purposes.
4. Do you have your high school diploma AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE?
Due to the contractual restrictions as it pertains to an agreement with Daybreak Outsourcing, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
5. Are you PC literate and own your own computer with Windows 7, 8 or 8.1, or Mac OSX?
Windows Vista, XP and 2000 are not supported at this time. Desktop PC’s or Laptop computers with a separate monitor are required. Note: Apple Mac computers may not be compatible with some client programs. Dual boot machines, Netbooks, E-machines , Tablets and All-in-one computers are prohibited from use.
6. Do you want to earn a solid income and are YOU willing to work to get it?
You can be as successful as you want to be! If you are willing to seriously commit yourself to EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE, and RELIABILITY!
7. Are you willing to train?
Training is necessary whether you are in corporate America or working from home. You must stay current in order to effectively service your clients. You will be required to train for each client you service. Client training hours range from 9am to 1pm, 6pm to 10pm or sometimes 7pm to 11pm eastern time and could last 2-4 weeks. Your initial classroom training is unpaid. However, during your certification process, you may be able to work and receive pay. You may be eligible to receive reimbursement of training costs depending upon the client and/or certification bonus for completing the training process and successfully servicing the client.
8. Do you reside within the United States?
Our representatives must physically reside within the United States and Canada. We are always expanding our territories to assist new customer service representatives. However at this time, we currently do not have openings in the following states California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
